Before your survey

A few useful answers.

Does equipment need to be running?

Electrical thermography is most informative when equipment is carrying a representative load. We discuss operating conditions before the visit and record relevant limitations in the report.

Does a thermal survey replace electrical testing?

No. Thermography adds information about temperature patterns under operating conditions. It complements electrical inspection and testing, and any suspected defect may need further investigation by a qualified electrician or appropriate specialist.

Can you work with our property management or facilities team?

Yes. We can discuss individual sites or a portfolio, agree equipment references and reporting needs, and coordinate access with your site contacts.

How is a survey priced?

The quote depends on the location, number and type of assets, access arrangements, time on site and reporting scope. Call with your site details for a tailored quotation.

What about electrical panel access?

Access is planned with your site team. Where covers need to be removed or electrical work is required, an appropriately qualified and authorised person must manage that work under the site's safety arrangements.
